 Dip Coaters, 딥코터

     These machines have been developed for laboratory dip coating of liquid photoresists and other visco-materials. Minimum moving speed is less than 10um/second. Dip coaters are in vibration free operation, 25 recipes programmable and memory saved, multi-position and multi-speed settable. User operates the dip coating system  in connection with PC by RC232 communication cable. Custom design is available for special size of plate.
