반도체, 전자, 교육기관 및 연구소에 공급하고 있습니다,

 

 

 

     

               ZRM2402

     ZRM 2402은 Low-noise, 높은 재현성, 5 1/2 LCD display를 제공하며, 전류원, 전압원, 전류계, 전압계 및 저항측정 기능을 제공하고 있습니다.

     ZRM2402은 높은 내부 임피던스(10 giga-Ohm)를 제공하여, 피측정 디바이스 및 시료를 보호합니다.       ZRM2402은 표면저항 측정, 비저항 측정, C-V특성의 측정에 최적의 환경을 사용자에게 제공하고,  PC의 시리얼 포트를 통하여 데이터를 전송하여 처리할 수 있습니다.

                  ZRM202

   The ZRM-202 is a measuring unit for applications in quality control and R&D, for calibration purposes and other surface resistivity measurements. The ZRM-202 is accurate and has 7 measuring ranges (from 0 ... 0.2 Ohm/sq to 0 ... 200 kOhm/sq) and more functions like the automatic calculation of compensating correction while measuring small samples.

 

     ZRM 202는 저가형 고정밀 표면저항 및 비저항 측정장치로서, 사용하기가 매우 편리합니다.

     constant current 방식을 사용하고, 측정치를 ohm/sq 로 표시하며, 저항 측정 범위를 자동으로 설정합니다.
